Pizza Pull-apart

This is about as easy as it gets when it comes to cooking. It requires 4 ingredients and takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish.

For every ring, you will need the following:

2 cans Country style Pillsbury rolls
1 jar pizza or marinara sauce
4 cups mozzarella cheese
1 bag Hormel Pepperoni Minis (or any of your favorite pepperoni, diced finely)

*Note: You can use any of your favorite pizza toppings for the filling of this roll. However, be cautious of toppings with a high liquid content (like pineapple), as this may make the inside a little soggy. Also, if you are using raw meats, they should be cooked off before you stuff the rolls.

Pre-heat oven to 450*.

Spray PAM in an 8'' round cake pan. Place small ramekin upside-down in the middle of the pan and spray the outer portion of the ramekin, excluding the bottom. Sprinkle garlic powder and italian seasoning in the visible bottom of the 8'' pan.

Open the first package of rolls and on a cutting board, press each biscuit until they are approximately 3 inches around. Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni on the top of the pressed biscuit. It should look like a mini pizza, minus the sauce. Then fold in two of the sides until they overlap (kinda like a taco). Then fold in the other two sides until they also overlap, making a little pouch of pizza. Roll the ball in your hands to seal all of the edges shut. Place the balls in the 8'' pan, around the ramekin.

When all of the biscuits are in the pan, place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove the pan from the oven and very carefully place a plate or serving platter on the top of the 8'' pan. Flip  both the pan and plate over (like pineapple upside-down cake) and then remove the 8'' pan. Fill the ramekin with pizza sauce and serve.
